hermit happens

The Direct TV is now hooked up and Harry and Amanda have discovered all their favorite channels that we lost with dish network. Ahhhh. Silence. Amanda introduced Lulu to Zaboomafloom on PBS Kids. This is a show about two brothers that have this little zoon environment. She is SO into it!

Mrs L's joke of the day, Hunny, Ya likes this one? Hee Heee

A couple had been married for 50 years. They were sitting at the breakfast table one morning when the wife says, 'Just think, fifty years ago we were sitting here at this breakfast table together.'
'I know,' the old man said. 'We were probably sitting here naked as a jaybird fifty years ago.'
'Well,' Granny snickered. 'Let's relive some old times.' Where upon, the two stripped to the buff and sat down at the table..
'You know, honey,' the little old lady breathlessly replied, 'My nipples are as hot for you today as they were fifty years ago.'
'I wouldn't be surprised,' replied Gramps. 'One's in your coffee and the other is in your oatmeal.'

:O

I am about to go fucking insane. Brian called and he wants to come down on March 29 to April 4 because that is Mollys vacation from school. I told him no, we had plans. He said he would meet us there. I asked him to please not to. I almost called sweetums and blatted about this but I know himmie is sleeeping. I told Brian he'd have to call me later to fuss and discuss this matter because I was getting stuff for everyones colds and couldn't talk. SIGH.

We switched to Direct Tv last year. I love it. It cost a lot less than cable. We have never had an issue even when it storms. I do not know where you get your jokes but I love them. I love dirty humor!

We are so far out in the boonies, we have issues with either dish or direct when there are storms. Direct tv it was a problem with the solar flares then they kept going up five buck after the contract was up, dish issues with storms and even high winds.

I get my jokes from Mrs L . She reads my blog but don't comment. She emails me the jokes. I got some good ones but I can't post them because of some content.

Hey Jenny!

Good to visit with you again! Mrs. L's joke was pretty funny. It felt good to laugh again.

I've had Direct TV since 1995! I don't have many problems with it at all.

Thank you for your sweet posts over my ice adventure. Or I should say, ordeal. After a smashed car, a piece of a tree coming through the roof into the kitchen-ice and all, broken tree limbs everywhere, total exhaustion from all the work and stress, I am finally making some attempts at normalcy. The weather has turned warmer, and life goes on! And I am hitting the sack soon, watching a little TV in bed, and having a good snooze. Tomorrow I will go to church and to lunch with friends, and be thankful I made it through the ice storm.

Have a great Sunday. Don't let your ex boyfriend upset you.

Hugs,

Renie

I am SO happy you weathered the storm OK, when I read Andrea's post I actually got worried. About you and your friend Eilleen you always talk about. It is just me and my nature.

Everything worked out with Brian. He called back later that day to fuss and discuss vacation and I told him flat when he could come and that he had to work around OUR schedule. And he took it well! SCAREY that is. LOL.

(((((HUGS)))))
