I am with you! Lets rearrange the map in that area of the world.
Were we to nuke North Korea, the map in that part of the world would certainly be rearranged, albeit in ways we could not control...
can we just skin the ruler alive then? Slowly? rotating to different parts of the body so the nerve endings don't get used to it? then adding a little lemon when he gets used to the pain? or salt? or blow torch the bottoms of his feet?
